SANCTIONS AND COMPLIANCE

IT Services Company s.r.o. (HostiServer) provides IT infrastructure services to business customers from data centres in the Netherlands and the United States. We comply with the restrictive measures of the European Union, the United Nations, the United Kingdom and the United States.

We do not provide services to, or accept payments from, persons subject to such measures, or from customers established or resident in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, the Crimea region or the non-government-controlled areas of Ukraine.

All customers are identified before services are activated; customers under individual agreements, their directors and beneficial owners are screened against the applicable sanctions lists before the agreement is signed and periodically thereafter. Payments are accepted only by bank transfer or card from an account in the customer's own name.

Customers that use our infrastructure to serve their own customers are responsible for the identification of those customers and for their sanctions compliance (Terms of Service, section 7A). We do not monitor customer content but act on every complaint, abuse report and request from a competent authority, and may suspend or terminate services without notice.
